YOGA COURSES & CLASSES

All classes suitable for
Beginners

When setting up my classes the most important thing for me was to break away from that often intimidating and overwhelming feeling that comes with joining classes at a gym. Although we practice yoga in a group setting, it is very much a personal practice and it’s all about doing what feels good for you. No judgments, no comparing, just a group of beautiful people who come together to work on their own practice.

All you need is your own mat! Option to bring along any props/ pillows that make your practice more comfortable. 

All bookings done online below. 24 hrs notice needed for cancellations or transfers.

DROP IN YOGA CLASSES

Yoga Flow – Drop in class

Tuesdays 7.30pm – 8.15pm

St. James Methodist Church
Warrington Rd, Rainhill

Simple beginners stretches, focusing on the whole body. No need to be fit or flexible or have good balance! These things will come the more you practice!

Beginners Yoga Course

6 WEEK COURSE – Open to all – £50

St. James Methodist Church
Warrington Rd, Rainhill

An introduction to yoga and working with the body, the breath and the mind. Each week we will focus on targeting different problem areas. Working on back pain, tight hamstrings, neck & shoulder tension and much more. As well as calming down the mind, taking some time to de-stress and leave your worries at the door.

Mens Beginners Yoga Course

6 WEEK COURSE – £50

 DNA FITNESS REVOLUTION- unit 11a victoria works L35 0LB

An introduction to yoga and working with the body, the breath and the mind. Each week we will focus on targeting different problem areas. Working on back pain, tight hamstrings, neck & shoulder tension and much more. As well as calming down the mind, taking some time to de-stress and leave your worries at the door.

Spicy Yoga Course

6 WEEK COURSE – Open to all – £50

 DNA FITNESS REVOLUTION- unit 11a victoria works L35 0LB

Similar structure to the Beginners Course but working on spicier (more challenging) postures!

Not an advanced course but if you are completely new to yoga I would recommend trying the beginners course first before booking onto the spicy course.
