YOGA COURSES & CLASSES
When setting up my classes the most important thing for me was to break away from that often intimidating and overwhelming feeling that comes with joining classes at a gym. Although we practice yoga in a group setting, it is very much a personal practice and it’s all about doing what feels good for you. No judgments, no comparing, just a group of beautiful people who come together to work on their own practice.
All you need is your own mat! Option to bring along any props/ pillows that make your practice more comfortable.

DROP IN YOGA CLASSES
Beginners Yoga Class
Tuesdays 7.30pm – 8.30pm

An introduction to yoga and working with the body, the breath and the mind. Each week we will focus on targeting different problem areas.
- Back pain
- Leg flexibility
- Neck & shoulder tension
- Tight Hips
- Joints and mobility
- Improving Balance
- Calming down the mind,
- Regulating the nervous system
And of course just taking some time to de-stress, unplug, relax and leave your worries at the door for 1 hour.
Spicy Yoga – Intermediate Class
Thursdays 7.30pm – 8.30pm
St. James Methodist Church
Warrington Rd, Rainhill
Introducing slightly more challenging postures! Great for anyone wanting to take their practice a little bit further.
This is not an advanced class but be prepared to work a little bit harder and get a little deeper into those stretches!
Just like the Beginners class, we work on a different area each week!
Both Classes- 1 Week Pass
Access to both drop in classes above.
Valid only for both classes in the same week.
Must be purchased before the first class on a Tuesday.
Non – refundable or transferable unless cancelled 24 hours before the first class starts.
