An introduction to yoga and working with the body, the breath and the mind. Each week we will focus on targeting different problem areas. Working on back pain, tight hamstrings, neck & shoulder tension and much more. As well as calming down the mind, taking some time to de-stress and leave your worries at the door.

Yoga brings so many benefits to our health and wellbeing and I just wanted to make it more accessible to men who may feel a little uncomfortable with the male:female ratio in most of my classes because I believe everyone deserves to feel great! 

Suitable for all abilities so please don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before or if it’s been a little while since you’ve done any exercise. We’re starting with the basics and my main goal in all of my classes is making yoga accessible for everyone. 

For this course you will need your own yoga mat, a yoga band and a block or a pillow.

Spaces are limited so unfortunately are non-refundable. If you miss a session this doesn’t mean that you can not continue as it will be a new class each week 🙂 however  you won’t be refunded for any missed sessions.
